Friday 25 November, Lesotho – It became quite clear that
the New Zealander and three times Roof of Africa winner, Chris Birch and former
winner, Jade Gutzeit from South Africa as well as the race newcomer from the
UK, Graham Jarvis, will battle it out for the top spot of the 2011 Roof of
Africa that is taking place in the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho.

Thursday 24 November, Lesotho – Mr Price Yamaha’s Marc
Torlage posted the fastest time for the short 50km time-trial in the Thaba
Bosiu area on the first day of the Roof of Africa that kicked off this year’s
44th event outside Maseru in Lesotho today in weather conditions that
varied from hot and shiny to a hail storm with extreme wind.

something of the past and all the paperwork done, the scores of races in the
Junior National Championship, the Senior Off-road Championship and the
Liquorland National Enduro Motorcycle Championship have been calculated to
determine which events were scored the highest by the competitors.

win championship war and finished runner-up in the championship. The young scholar from Benoni, who has been racing quads
before he could read or write and received his colours at school for racing
